In everyone’s life to get a standard personality a pleasant smile is very important. When you have white teeth, you will automatically smile broadly. But if you have stains on your teeth, you might lose confidence. And when you lose confidence, your smile will automatically fade away.

You teeth must shine brighter white while you smile broader. But, due to bad teeth condition it becomes impossible to many of you. You must keep a note that a few food items and drinks can stain your teeth. So, to ensure that your teeth not get stained, you must decrease the intake of these food items.  

How do your teeth stain?

You must know that certain food items and drinks get a strong color because of chromogens. Chromogen is a chemical compound that can stain your teeth. There is also another substance called tannin. This tannin is also present in some food items and drinks.

The tannin can also cause staining. Acids can damage your teeth. This also increase the chances to get stained your teeth. You must clearly take an explore of staining your clothes and tongue, if any substance is bad for these things, then obviously it can also get stained your teeth.

There is a list of many food items and drinks that can put a stain on your teeth. So, you must check on the capacity of each substance to consume it. However, many of these food items are also rich source of vitamins and minerals. Of course, these are also very important to intake because they help us in maintaining a good health. 1. Coffee and Tea:

We all are aware of the dark color of cola. This dark color can cause staining. Also, cola contains acid. This acid can damage your enamel.

3. Red wine:

You should know that consuming red wine is the most common cause of staining on teeth.

4. Tomato sauces:

Many important nutrients are available in tomatoes. But the pigment that causes the deep red color of tomato, can be responsible for teeth staining.

5. Fruit juices:

Dark colored fruit juices can easily cause teeth staining. So, you can reduce or cut off the consumption for grapes, blueberries, and cranberries.

6. Soy sauce:

The dark color of soy sauce can stay on your teeth long after you finish your food.

7. Curry:

Any type of curry has strong and deep colors. This color comes from turmeric. Hence, you can get a stain on your teeth. Hence, avoid eating it.

8. Berries:

Berries are considered very good for your health. But berries are another culprit for your teeth staining.

9. Balsamic vinegar:

The deep pigmentation in balsamic vinegar can affect your teeth and it can cause staining.

10. Beetroot:

Though beetroot has a lot of vitamins and minerals, it can cause staining on teeth.
